Who we are

Facedown is run by Rumblestories. That's the name you'll see on your card statement.

What you pay

Per user, yearly or monthly. Nothing is charged until we launch on Oct 31, 2026. After that it renews until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime yourself here. Cancel before Oct 31 and you pay nothing. After that, it stops at the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

If it isn't working for you in the first 30 days after you're charged, email us and we'll refund you in full.

Fair use

Use it for your own firm. Don't resell it, break it, or try to get around it.

What it is and isn't

Facedown lowers the chance that client data ends up in an AI tool. It can't catch everything, and it isn't legal advice. Your firm is still responsible for its own ethics and confidentiality duties.

Liability

If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last 12 months.

The rest

Washington State law applies. If we change these terms, we'll email customers first.
